We offer Telephone and Remote Access Helpdesk support to all of our clients on all software supplied by iHotelligence from 8am – 11pm, 7 days per week. This service is included as part of the iHotelligence SaaS (Software as a Service) package, which means our clients pay a monthly flat fee which covers the cost of everything including software licenses, online booking engine hosting, software  support, quarterly software updates and remote offsite backup service. There are no hidden additional charges.
