Our Hotel Guest App allows you to automate your customers’ journey from start to finish. Give your customer the control to register their guest information, confirm your terms and conditions, check-in, and pay their balance all from their own device. With our Guest Application, you can automate your guests’ journey from the moment they confirm their reservation in your property. Our Guest App eliminates queues and paperwork when guests enter the property. The entire process can be automated and completed by the guest en route. With full integration into our Property Management System, everything works in real-time to ensure your guest has a smooth journey from start to finish. Needless to say, this will save you and your team a considerable amount of time and effort.

Automated bedroom allocation on iHotelligence.

Automated email sent to your guest on the morning of their arrival with a link to your bespoke Guest App.

Your guest registers their information (replacing the need for a guest card on check-in).

T&C’s accepted before paying their balance on their room through a secure Sage Pay Account.

Once this has been completed your guest will be advised of their assigned bedroom (as designated at the time of booking).

Your guest clicks on the check-In button and all they need to do is collect their room key at Front Desk on arrival.

Guests are able to order & pay for Food & Beverage from the comfort of their seats directly from their phone.
