What We Have Been Up To?

Some updates from the Development Team here at the iHotelligence office.  We have been using this time to work on a piece of software that was on our roadmap for 2020 and thankfully, we have been able to keep the momentum going with it.  In Q3 we will be launching a customer portal app that fully integrates with iHotelligence PMS and will enable your guests to:

  1. Manage reservations via their own device/phone
  2. Pay for reservation/folio/deposit via their own device
  3. Check themselves in & digitally sign a guest registration
  4. Open Door in the room via Bluetooth (OpenKey Integration)
  5. Order Food & Beverage directly from their own device

The world before COVID was already a tech haven and the more we could do from our mobile device the better.  But now more than ever, this new product will enable you and your property to ensure social distancing measures are met for the safety of your staff and your customers.  As we are all looking into the future with uncertainty it will be important for staff and customers alike to feel safe when entering a property which is why products such as this, we believe, will help you meet your customer’s needs.  With it fully integrating with iHotelligence, it reduces the amount of work for your Front Desk, Reservation, and Food and Beverage Team.
